For anybody confused or new, the AIHL (aminoglycoside-induced hearing loss) test is MT-RNR1.

Slacker lol, the NHS have been co-driving the development of AIHL POC test from the beginning. There is zero doubt that they are adopting it. Also, you are confusing AIHL with the stroke marker test. NICE have never recommended lab testing over the AIHL test.

I'm expecting Scottish rollout announcement for both very shortly.

Also specialist commissioning expected April. If all that comes through the share price will be at multiples of the current price imo.

So presumably DB was paid a salary of £182k between 1st July 2023 to 11th September 2023 when he resigned. Seems a lot for just over 2 months, surely that's not correct.

It went through in real time according to the date so it doesn’t look like a late reported trade. Incidentally the share price to buy/sell did go up slightly after the trade went through.

The actual sell price was around 1.96 at that time, but lower still for that kind of huge trade. Definitely a buy I think. The strange thing is it didn't affect the price at all, which perhaps suggests it is unusual in some way.

At this tiny market cap and cash until the end of next year it's worth holding a small position here imo.

I was glad to hear Gino settle the negative rumours about delisting and the chairman leaving. He also confirmed they are still confident of special commissioning happening in April, I had been starting to doubt it.

All in all things are going to plan, we will likely see some significant positive share price movement over the next 1-4 months.

AIHL evidence generation likely to satisfy NICE well within the timescales given, it’s not expected to take as long. This will also help to extradite the FDA process as they will use the evidence gathered.

There’s plenty of positive news to come before new funding is required. Looking back to last year, there were 2 huge share price moves of around 100% each in the time between results and funding.

They usually leave it as long as possible before fundraising so...

April 30th: £200,000 left plus tax credit (approx £700k) and plus any sales income at that point.

May 30th: £400,000 left plus any sales income.

We're expecting specialist commissioning around April which should give a decent boost to finances just in time. Without any significant sales I would expect a fundraise around June 2025.

Presumably the evidence generation currently on going will hopefully satisfy these concerns?

I think those sells were for the pilot.

Should see some real action here come March/April with the conclusion of the pilot and hopefully specialist commissioning.
