One of the things I noticed last week was PEEL quite aggressively going low on the BID whilst at the same time being on the ASK, which looked like they were desperately needing stock. Holding the price down despite tons of buying suggests weeding out the weak, allowing them to accumulate before a big move up.

EC I’ve been doing this for nearly 15 years so have seen all kinds of stuff happening. Market Makers do make money on the spread yes but one of their roles is to create liquidity, which they can do in many ways… one way is to keep dropping the ASK until they find a point where people consider it cheap and then start piling in or they might quickly drop the BID to encourage panic selling. They can entice buyers, they can entice sellers, loads of tactics, they can also trade stock themselves and make money trading the same way many here do.

I’d be surprised if there’s a large background sell, we’ll see.

In comparing to prior partnerships, DoseMeRx stands out as a leap toward a new horizon. Previous deals laid the groundwork by validating Physiomics’ technology in research settings; this deal tests that technology in the real-world clinical arena. Where past collaborations brought incremental growth, this one carries the possibility of a step-change – albeit with corresponding execution risks. As of mid-2025, the pieces are in place: a functional product integration, supportive new ownership at DoseMe, ongoing clinical studies, and interest from the medical community in precision dosing. The coming 12–24 months will reveal whether this partnership can deliver on its promise. If it does, Physiomics could not only see substantial revenue flow but also secure a niche in the precision medicine market that elevates the company’s profile and long-term prospects.

I don’t think so actually, I saw the market makers dropping the price quickly on just small sell volume. It’s a tactic to build a strong support level. If there’s continued strong buying next week it’ll move up a decent amount. We’ll be approaching CEIVD news window too then.

Twice the volume of buys to sells and they’ve dropped it?

The company could receive several £million per year, from the national rollout of CYP2C19 testing alone. Nothing drastic will happen until the results of the pilot study are released in the coming days/weeks.

That will probably more than double the current shareprice.

Think PEEL are trying to create more liquidity.

These will be nominee accounts for private investors.

Those institutional shareholders are just lots of nominal accounts for private investors I think. For example if you buy shares through a broker (institution) it will appear that the shares are owned by the broker when in fact you own them. So I believe the vast majority of shareholders are private investors.

CYP2C19 genotyping is increasingly being considered for personalized cancer therapy, especially:

• When prescribing clopidogrel

• When using PPIs in high doses

• When managing psychiatric symptoms

• The utility of genotyping in cancer treatment itself is still limited but growing, with ongoing studies examining its role in drug metabolism variability among cancer patients.

I think the news, particularly regarding national rollout of CYP2C19 will mean a much higher share price this summer and in which case consolidation won’t even be considered.

Including recurring income they are funded until the end of the year. Further still if they receive what I’m expecting for the CYP2C19.

They can raise at a premium or do a consolidation… example consolidate the shares in issue by 50% and the share price gets revalued at twice the current price. Or they can simply request to lower the nominal share price.

Lots of options, however I believe the share price will soon be much higher with the news over coming days/weeks so the above won’t be necessary.

Avocet, most AIM companies are losing millions every year with less revenue than Physiomics has, yet those companies have a mcap multiples higher. This should turn out to be an incredibly lucrative investment.

Compared with every other AIM company I've researched, based on revenue PYC is massively undervalued. The revenue is massive as a percentage of mcap — many other companies would have a mcap of 5 or 10 times what PYC has based on revenue.

Three things expected any day now…

1) CE-IVD

2) Pilot study outcome

3) 5 new NICUs adopting *from* May - I had expected this would be May 1st and all together as it’s part of PALOH-UK but am wondering now if it could be more sporadic.

Profitability will come, excellent news to see the new contracts and customers coming in.

You could buy 500k at 45 this morning, I did a few dummy trades of various amounts. Up to 46 now for quantities under 1.5m and 47 over.

The actual ASK has ticked up slightly – it was 0.45 to buy earlier this morning for any decent quantity (like 250k and about 0.47 for tiny quantities 5k) so there's a good chance some of those red trades are buys as the displayed ASK has been 47 most of the day making them look like sells. It's now 0.46 to buy 250k.

Hopefully the buying resumes shortly, these sells can’t be making any profit, it’s baffling. A few buys like yesterday and it’ll quickly push back up over 0.5 again and beyond.

About time, this is so undervalued compared to the rest of the stuff on AIM! Just £1.44m market cap for a company with solid, growing revenue and a strong foothold in the AI medtech space.
