Sorry but this company and BOD are a joke. Rubbish comms, too much chat on message boards away from RNS etc, too much cosy “what a great bunch of chaps they are and working so hard” cxxp

Years (I invested in 2020) of bad comms, missed deadlines, and general shambles.

Genuinely hope it drops no further for the sake of others but would not give this lot the keys to a brewery to arrange a night out.

A very frustrating shareholding. A great investment carry. A board that on paper look good. And a shambles of communication over recent years plus a woeful mistiming of an equity raise. Given the BOD have managed to bring the price down to c20p it would be nice if any takeover wasn’t for some time until the true value is more fairly reflected

Very strange SP moves, both why it rose so quickly and now the opposite. Thin volume both ways I guess. Oh well, still think holding for the long term will pay off. Though what do I know!

With the various bank holidays in both UK and US and the fact everything with PXC takes a while I’m expecting news from no earlier than mid September. Based on nothing more than my gut feel I hasten to add. Any news though could well have a significant positive effect.

I think there is now confidence debt can be managed as volumes and ebitda rebound and grow meaning the fundamentally strong commercial position in a growing market starts to become the story. That’s my theory - but with markets these days who knows!

Nice to see 250 but still lots of room to grow. Market Cap still small.

That’s a positive message and one that makes sense. I continue to think this is an excellent investment. I also continue to be disappointed that communication is with a small chat group rather than more widely with shareholders , but your posts go some way to helping with that.

Just to be clear, my issue isn’t with RightOn and I appreciate his posts, or with RNS’s which I think come out appropriately, it’s that wider comms could be better so we are all updated without relying on chats with Board members. Not a reason not to invest or hold, just an opportunity for improvement IMHO

I’m a lth, very positive about this company and what it is doing and where it is going. I also entirely understand that projecting dates is an imprecise art. However I do think it isn’t great that shareholders find out updates via shared (thanks RightOn btw) personal comms. Either something can be shared genarlly or it can’t be shared. It’s unprofessional to only give updates to those that ask personally. So a great company but work to do on investor comms still.

Arix had 8.9% at interim results stage. Mkt cap of Imara just over $110m so Arix holding c$10m at whatever £/$ rate todays market brings. At such a discount to NAV a takeover must be a consideration.

OK, but for non delivery the buck stops with the CEO. So how can the team be unimpressive but the CEO is impressive (other perhaps than when they first start and inherit duds).
Guess time will tell. Fingers crossed.

I bought at 8.54p and 9.63p and am still holding so sub 10p was possible though sub 7p I didn’t see offered. Before anyone thinks I’m boasting I should also disclose that I bought at 44p, 150p and (years ago, sadly) 800p so I remain firmly in the red. Still holding !
