You and me both! But it is what it is and being rampy about this is just cannot be backed up by the history thus far. Hopefully, fingers and toes crossed, the SMT finally speak up and give us the news we want, or at least tell us in black and white what the problem is.

2 'elections' and subsequent changes of Ministers. However, as all of the Ministers are cronies of the President, I doubt we can use that as an excuse for any delays in administration. There is just something not right about this whole thing and unfortunately, once again, the longer we hear nothing then the more likely the news is going to be negative (if we actually get any definitive news). One has to think that if the license was agreed before SMT left Togo (if they have?) then this would be rightly and loudly trumpeted to us and the market.

Go back to 2014 for the first time the license was meant to be issued. Since then, there have been two different mining conventions to comply with, as well as additional environmental permitting etc, and of course the events since the decree last October which again granted a license but required additional steps to be taken. We have since then turned SGM (our local subsidiary) into a public company and gifted the 'Gov' a 10% stake in the company. There has never been a formal explanation given as to why the license has so far taken 6 years to be issued.

I'd say those charts seem a likely indicator. Back to .003 or .004 as we were prior to CAI detaching would be a reasonable starting place.

Yeah, but it's a coin-flip whether that news is the one we want (positive), or yet more unanswered delay (negative). If we've closed the deal then there should be an RNS out after close today, or by open tomorrow, that's my view.

This share has recently shown it can be ramped - but also KRS news is leakier than a fishnet stocking filled with rice pudding!

They did. But we don't know if they found a buyer for the whole amount. Even if they do then it would bring in only $191,250 for our 51% share.

Not really. Year 1, if we obtain the 51% as suggested and if I recall the original numbers correctly, means KRS would only see a profit of around $127,500. Unless something has materially changed, then we also only had a buyer for 15% of the those projected sales for the year ahead, so, even that profit figure is not yet guaranteed.
Potential is the there, but a (very) long way to go to get to the projected 5 year position. Doesn't surprise me at all that no one is knocking our door down to buy, yet.
