RE: Profit from Nayega14 Nov 2020 11:27
Sorry, but the July presentation is based on a 37% product, even though it also alludes to a saleable 38.8% also. The average dmtu price being bandied around ($3.20) is for a 37% product. Unless I'm having another blonde moment I don't understand what you are getting nor PC's calcs.
Mine go like this:
Sell price $3.17 dmtu (As per Jupiter Mines website, 37% product average price to week of 9/11) x 100 (gives a metric tonne) x 6500tpm (current capacity) = $2,060,500 monthly revenue. Or, $24,726,000 pa.
OPEX $2.21 dmtu x 100 x 6500tpm = $1,436,500 pm, or $17,238,000 pa.
Annual profit $24,726,000 - $17,238,000 = $7,488,000. Minus approx 25% to SGM / Togo Gov = $5,616,000
$2,227,400 * 12 months = $26 million revenues per annum
