I moved from HFax to IG. Been able to trade these if I wanted to since they finally arrived in my account - after a lot of confusion - earlier in the year.

As I recall there was a total cluster F relating to the Record Date? KRS said 19th Nov but then as things played out it seemed to be the 21st? Obviously a lot of people may have genuinely been caught out by that and tried to game the system on the 20th. I looked back at my posts and felt genuinely aggrieved at that time by it. I'm not sure the RNS (26/11) managed to explain that any clearer?
"The Directors have been informed that the Keras Shares became "ex" entitlement to the Calidus Shares on 21 November 2019. Accordingly, any sale of Keras Shares that were held within the CREST system, occurring on 20 November 2019, will transfer within the CREST system the associated right to Calidus Shares, from the registered holder on the Record Date to the buyer of Keras Shares on that date."

I recall a monumental F up as people were allowed (seemingly) to sell at 0.3 to 0.4 and buy back at the separated price - and still get CAI shares - as the close date ended up being different by one day?

Actually scrub that as it relates to the exploration license, and we know we had to give up a large piece of that ground as part of the licensing process. However, this website is cr@p anyway as its not updated correctly.

Its coded brown, which is tagged as 'Permis non actif'. License non active. Indeed, but why, is the question we all want answered.

Well, the chances were high and the company said it was expected. Apparently not expected enough when booking the visit though, lol. We continue to wait and live in hope.

They ended up spending 3 weeks there, 1 year after the Ministerial decree was issued approving a license, which in itself is 6 years after we were first informed the issuance was imminent. The lack of license information from the 3 week visit is worrisome to me and all we are doing is once again presuming the return visit will turn out to be the definitive one.

Hangover for sure, but the actual boring reality is I will be hanging onto them for the proposed dividends.

I doubt that. We'll all be bragging about how we are spending the spondoolies ;-)

I stopped trying to average down further a while back, due to the license uncertainty. I'm currently at .47 average with 11 million shares.
