The USP is it's organic, certified and " the highest amount of phosphorus of any US-sourced organic rock phosphate in all of North America." The organic farming user is just one area of intended use as clearly the world's food production is not focused on nor serviced by organic producers.

This is a complex topic. Over application, or build-up of phosphorous in soil can lead to all sorts of crop issues.

As I said, when margins are getting ever tighter, is our product going to be relevant to the wider Ag market?

I know that was Falcon's original focus area but the website now generically states "...is engaged in the development and processing of organic phosphate mineral resources for the organic fertilizer market in order to help meet the world’s rising global food demand."
Having been involved in the agro development industry, I still have concerns that our product may be too 'Ferrari' for mainstream farming users.

More importantly, we need to win more new orders. If the price is subsidised to win market share (from who, I ask?) and we aren't increasing the customer or order base, then price is not really relevant.

If we have the highest grade organic rock phosphate product in NA, then exactly who are we competing against? Maybe the average fertiliser user just doesn't need what we have?

Sounds like it should be promising. Unfortunately in a world of increasing costs, farmers seek savings wherever they can be found. I retain strong doubts that our high grade organic phosphate is ever going to appeal to anything more than a niche market for that reason.

Without Nayega license what use would KRS be to CAI? I doubt their shareholders (not including us joint ones) would be enamored at or by the acquisition of the never ending saga from Togo?
CAI with potential to double (or more) its MCAP once production starts, surely can't be tempted by the combined NAV of Utah and Togo even if Nayega got the green light? Potentially, I suppose, if phase 2 could be got off the ground but as we can't even get into phase 1 without a license, it seems a moot point?

The only clout which would seem likely to get Togo over the line, would be several to Gnassingbe's head!

Dig - yeah, likewise. I've never had a reply from Togo 1st either. Also tried connecting with Blaise and he doesn't want to communicate either!

Sick of waiting for developments on the exploitation license, I contacted Togo Invest as to why Nayega is listed on their website as an 'investment opportunity' despite being licensed to us for exploration (and the Ministerial decree to grant us the mining approval).

Nothing substantive in reply other than "We have received your mail and we thanks for your interest for the Manganese project in Togo. But for more Understanding, it would be better to address Keras these Kinds of questions."

Seems like no one is prepared to tell us what the F is going on.

Actually, I just looked on the Togo Mining Cadastre in the hope we'd see some life on that at least. If you click the 'inactive' box it shows Nayega as 'Permis de recherche' expired as of 2014!

Makes you wonder how long the BOD are prepared to just sit on this and allow Togo to F us about, year after year, after year. I wonder when our 'exploration' licenses end???

I see on the Kodal RNS it states the license will be granted after sign off by the Mali Council of Ministers? In our case, Ministers have agreed the exploitation license (by Decree) and only the President has to now sign off - which for whatever reason he stubbornly keeps avoiding. There's really no escaping the fact that we all now believe that's down to corruption in some shape or form. It very much has the taste of Gnassingbe refusing to sign off in the hopes we'll walk away and he'll get his hands on the whole show.
The Decree was made almost 2 years ago now - and the company has believed (and informed the market) we would originally be issued the license since late 2014.

24th June interims "Appointment of Mr Blaise Gozan as Country Manager who brings a range of international project management experience to bolster Keras's in-country presence".
So far not a word has been printed about Blaise in Togo. His own Linkedin profile still fails to reflect his position and shows he still works for RT in Canada instead. Not sure what he's meant to be bolstering but his one 'like' on Linkedin of a KRS post is hardly PR gold standard, is it!

Totally agree. There's not a single viable excuse left for this not being granted by now. We've ticked every box asked of us and including this latest website info.

As we can all see (LinkedIn), young Blaize doesn't seem too bothered about advertising his new position either, never mind the project or KRS as a company. Just another opaque cog in the wheel of the black hole of Togo (no racism meant or implied).

Dig - I've conducted assignments to projects in 37 countries. If we include Egypt and Tunisia, 18 of those were in Africa, namely Burkina Faso, DRC, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda.
I was also involved with other countries but never actually visited (Angola, Guinea, Zambia).
