The whole Toga saga is starting to smell like one of those lorries full of delayed Scottish fish.

For my tuppence worth, I'm starting to think we'll never get the license. It's either too politically embarrassing given the President himself approved the 2008 MM mining deal and / or there is ongoing legal issues resulting from that. The lack of explanation is just plain embarrassing.
They keep us dangling long enough for us to give up or be unable to fund it any longer, then someone else steps into snap up our asset.

What do you mean, "up and running"? You think Togo is going to license Ogaro when they won't do so with Nayega? Why should we spend any more money there until Nayega is sorted out?

"Togo, continues to hold considerable FUTURE value for Keras." Not present or imminent value, but future. Hardly a statement that would get a party started.

According to themselves, Togo requires no money - unless they have no offtake partner/agreement to fund stage 2 expansion. All moot anyway unless a license is forthcoming. This is similar to what happened when we took the gold tributes on (as was said when we acquired Utah) and here we are still no closer to earning meaningful company sustaining revenue. I'm not sure sticking these away is going to do us much good as I can't see how much longer we can continue like this, especially now with over 6 billion shares in issue and a sp barely more than 1/10th of a penny. Looking to me like we are up a Diamond Creek without a paddle.

Nothing in the RNS suggests Togo is any closer to being licensed soon than it was back in late 2014 when described as being 'imminent'.

Yup. We've got one never ending license situation and another company for which we have not yet been informed of buyers for the product we have mined in Yr 1 at a heavily discounted selling price. I really don't want to see any other ventures pursued until these two prove they can bring in company sustaining revenue. We've seen enough already with the Kamina cobalt prospects given up and the failed Kalgoorlie tribute mining - though that did inadvertently lead us into calidus.

Indeed. It's hardly worth checking in here to comment as nothing changes - except the forever burgeoning shares in issue. I can't see how we can continue much longer without a revenue earner . I may join you in hibernation...

We are going to be diluted out of existence the way this is heading.

The raise was oversubscribed by ii's and 'sophisticated investors'. That the SPP didn't do as well is hardly surprising as the sp ended up below that price before it closed - and despite all the talk, shareholders very often fail to back it up.
Those ii's will not be selling any time soon, and we have a fully funded to production company set to make big profits. This continues to be a no-brainer, despite the games and likely stop-loss sells being enacted.

...and are now fully funded through to first gold production. I'm presuming the sp post -raise is around the likely floor before it starts to climb back up again - unless MM's try to steal some more.

The CR and SPP at .51c would be the obvious reason.

No offence, but we acquired the already permitted mine (or rather 51%) from Falcon Isle. We didn't do the whole exploration to producing cycle.

Tempted to get a few more, yes. I'd expect this to bounce back to over 0.50c but my timing is so cr@p I may just wait and see.
