Well, we have no Togo project until or unless the license is granted.
Operations are on hold at DC and we are only selling stock already mined. They wont recommence until or unless a legal remedy is found in the dispute with FI.

Factor in US legal fees and the fact other than the sale of existing stock, operations are on hold.

You left out the most important part, Prop:

I don't see much positive in that, as this info was given over 3 months ago and the situation with FI has now gone on for 1 year.

You can expect an update by the end of March. But in which year, is anyone's guess. If we don't sink first that is.

That was three months ago. Kind of suggests, legally, things are not as straightforward as that comment made out. No offence, but 8 years ago now the BOD also stated they 'expected' the Togo license to be issued.

Where is there any info that suggests we are due an update on FI by the end of March?

No clue why you expect a positive RNS when it's now 1 year since the issue with FI materialised - and we've heard nothing at all since November of legal measures (or anything else) to resolve it.

Honestly, your perpetual optimism is admirable, but it certainly verges on rampy delusion!

Best to remember there's others holding who bought after the CAI split. We're all going to be losers one way or another from this if things don't change - which is looking increasingly likely.
CAI profit (for those of us who have it) is just offsetting KRS losses after all.

I recall you mentioning this before. I just took a look and seen that their application was finally rejected in 2020. That said, they did want to mine on indigenous Sami land and 30km from a UNESCO heritage site!
Mine was WAFM by the way - West African Minerals. That became a shell which is now a Pharma company.

Excuse me altogether. Too much wine last night. I have no clue what the consolidation was obviously as I can no longer add up! It did consolidate and I did sell at 16p, that's all I recall, LOL!

You know, I bought another share before FRX back in 2010 which became a huge pump n dump. I bought at 3p I believe and it consolidated (10/1) to 13p. I sold at 16p as it didn't seem to have any viable work going on or actual prospects of note to support that rise, and in comparison to FRX which I had then bought.
I then watched it rise for no reason at all to 90p! It swiftly collapsed back down to 2p range, later became a shell and is now listed as something else altogether in a different sector.
Man, if only that could happen here.

I seem to recall one previous broker view that $1.20 was likely. That said, it depends if Blue Spec returns better than (conservative) expected numbers and more oz's, along with the other drill targets. Any uplift on that could only be more beneficial to the sp/mcap.

Early successes on the new Lithium play would, I presume, drive that higher too.

If we can notably extend Warrawoona length of mine and oz's available - as prop alludes to with Capricorn's value - then I for one don't see too much problem in the MCAP doubling from here (at least?).
