I don't see how that could happen? Would we then have CAI shares instead of KRS and if so, how would that work?
I suspect many would have dealing and tax problems with that. I'm with IG and I can't have my CAI holdings in an ISA with them. Some have other brokers who don't deal with ASX at all, as found out in the debacle of the split. Selling and re-buying to move elsewhere could have CG complications too. That's why I can't see that happening.
At this current time of positivity for CAI, I don't think incorporating KRS and leaving it on AIM would be welcomed by the market or CAI shareholders.
Talk of this not being a lifestyle company and not lifestyle directors, would be undermined for sure if they made such a move to look after their own and family/friends interests.

At separation, I previously estimated the BOD to have made some £8 million from their joint CAI allocation. Do the Maths as to what that's worth now.
They'll all be mighty fine if KRS sinks, though I'm sure will miss the opportunity to keep writing off tax losses.

RL gave up options which were more or less a 'bonus'. He retained all of his CAI entitlement/shares otherwise.

I for one seriously doubt DR would want to blot his Oz copy book by bringing this into CAI. Everything's a feel-good factor over there now and this, I would presume, would put the screaming brakes on that as well as (rightly in my opinion) having CAI shareholders questioning his judgement and focus.
He and the BOD are in the same boat as us - you win some and you lose some. Except they of course, no matter what, will have recouped any and all investment in KRS back via CAI already. Most KRS holders aren't going to be in that position.

Elinilto Group is worth considerably more and they have been awaiting a license to mine Phosphate since 2015. Ironically, Togo First said that was going to be 'fast-tracked' - back in October 2020. Still no license.

One with no license and the other looking ever more likely of a protracted and expensive US legal case. What's appealing about that to CAI shareholders?

Let DC 'slip from our grasp'? We are majority shareholders, unfortunately stuck with a minority partner who won't fulfill their required marketing duties or expenditure and won't give up any more ownership to compensate for us having to pay for it. All that appears to lie ahead is an ever more likely prolonged legal dispute.
Add that to entering year 8 waiting for Togo license and there's not much to be joyful about here. I suggest you ensure your bottom drawer is moth free as these are likely to be in there a long time yet - if they don't get completely eaten.

The shares are held on behalf of 'Stewart Hood'. There's a rather strange chap over on ADVFN who rambles on a lot and only bought in here in June - despite not having a clue about the company. He was stating he was about to buy more (though 1 million not 10) so I wondered if it was connected.

Well, the 10 mil increase is 'only' about £5.5k after all.
