Embark Group Ltd own Embark Investments. They are a 'retirement solutions provider'. Stewart Wood is not a named Company Director or Officer . These could, I suppose, be his shares in a managed retirement account???

Why a 'sustainable funds' investment group would choose this time to add 10 million shares to their holding - especially as mining cannot be considered sustainable and they do';t mention Keras anywhere in the holdings of the companies they have invested in.

CC - I think you've gotten that a little mixed up. RL did not have to convert ALL his CAI shares. That applied only to his "SAR Scheme" share rights - which are in effect a company 'bonus'.

RL along with the rest of the BOD will have received CAI shares just like you and I for their 'normal' holdings. I figured they would have been worth around £8 million at the 0.25c demerger price - now of course worth much more.

Whatever they lose in here has already been handsomely compensated for.
