surprisingly I'm getting 500,000+ sell quotes at 3.4p

Well it wasn't intended to be ambiguous but with Sonora that was expected to be producing in 2019 it took until then to get an interested partner onboard, and that was a real giant with plans for mining, processing and battery production, I'm just hoping with all the delays and things such as COP30 we don't see the Brazilian government interfering...they might have more justification than A_L.O

It wasn't that important back then,

Correct, this time last year or thereabouts we were expecting full Amapa project commencement as of January 2025 and then we found out SEMA had asked for further surveys..........................................It's a hold for me after the failure to sign off in 'early October' didn't materialise - and yes if tomorrow news drops of a complete project buyout I would not be surprised and likewise if no interested parties are engaged the same, no surprise.

I'm astounded, to me we are at a critical point and the indications are that the deal has not concluded as expected, well otherwise we would have had news. I did email the company again today with links to the Stockbox interview from Friday and Alan Green suggesting January...no response!

As I posted yesterday there is nothing in the recent interviews or RNS releases suggesting January as a commencement of Azteca, although in the Stockbox clip Alan Green did mention:

"What's going on? It's a bit gray here to be honest. I spent yesterday up in London meeting some old colleagues and uh and made some good connections"

Still, I did get a quote on Barclays for 350,000 dummy sell @3.35p late this afternoon but nothing for 550,000, I didn't test in-between.

I could believe January as commencement if the deal was finalised as expected in early October!

I have no idea how this has been interpreted from the news and interviews I have seen and listened to as the finalised deal has not been announced?

They're absolutely committed to to seeing this through. Um and it's at a really exciting juncture because the the they expect um they expect operations to commence in January. Uh it's on track to do that. The money was raised at 3p. I mean the shares have rocketed up to as high as 5 a half p over the past few

weeks currently sitting at 3.4p as we talk.

The two parties disputing the Gross Overriding Royalty (GORR) case in the Court of King's Bench of Alberta are:

* Bacanora Minerals Ltd. (the former Canadian parent company, now Bacanora Lithium Limited), which is challenging the validity of the GORR.

* The Estate of Ian Colin Orr-Ewing, who held the royalty right and is defending its validity.

Update was expected early October, no idea why it's delayed.

Correct, no answer, rest assured if there was I would have posted so,

Buyout or board out by end of Q2 if we are not at imminent production at Ateca or the entire project is announced as being developed.

Imminent as in fully financed and works have begun...Zeus reported on what the company provided, to got near on a month beyond their expectations for a finalised deal..leaves me concerned we will have repeat of last year.

I emailed, two minutes after my last post, I would encourage all holders to do the same.

It's inconceivable that the assay results are holding up the sign off, considering Zeus released the companies expectations were early October, if I am correct assy sampling can be expedited or if normal process is in place a few weeks.

I would hope either new on the sign off or an explanation of delays come this week.

Perhaps a mass email to the company is in order.

That is also consistent with the Zeus report published 9th September,

It reads to me that the assay results define the signing as if 30th September RNS.

Initial sampling results confirm the grades anticipated, with final results on the remaining samples expected shortly. The definitive funding agreement is at an advanced stage and stipulates that financing is payable on execution. The proceeds of the Subscription ensure Cadence can execute once the definitive agreement is finalised and the remaining samples processed.

Well, recalling how optimistic I was this time last year when commencment of the main Amapa project was expected to be Q1 2025, I hope this doesn't go pear shaped.

News on the assay can't be far off and the other requirements. Like I have posted Zeus published the company expected to finalise the the agreement in early October.

I can forgive Zeus getting the timing in the month wrong weeks prior, just make it the right month!
