While awaiting credit committee approval, the drafting of the final settlement documents have continued to progress.

And once the Bacanora buyout is complete KDNC will be sat at the table with Ganfeng, I wonder if the offer is already drawn up for that but regardless either way the 30% will be appealing to Ganfeng.

two years sooner did you discuss this with the lithium suppliers, the reality is you will be able to buy a quality Chinese built EV for the same price as a European built equivalent ICE -Nio, BYD, Xpeng to name a few.

I'm sure Ganfeng will want to see little AIM junior as their JV ;-)

With 3 to 5 kgs of REM's per EV and circa 500kgs in a wind turbine that HAS JV looks better by the day.

My money is on a Ganfeng offer late November, HAS might decide now is a good time to buyout the JV before we are able to fund the JV areas.

China will dominate the EV market European car manufacturers must act quick - DISRUPTION is unstoppable we are not just crossing a finishing line this will be the way for decades and our JV's will be supplying for years to come - we look very cheap.

Yes, that's been a consideration @EV_Bull and perhaps we will know by late November.

Hopefully the concessions shown in the blown out map section will be considered as under construction as part of the same mining plan.

However if they go to plan with the plant on Fleur 1 then I would hope that's our JV area included:

El Sauz, El Sauz 1, El Sauz 2, Fleur and Fleur 1 concessions, which are held by Mexilit S.A. de C.V. (“Mexilit”). Cadence has a 30% direct interest in Mexalit through its Joint Venture with Bacanora.
