I don't believe KDNC has gone unnoticed with the surge in lithium prices - Institutions now having an interest perhaps with Amapa but just as likely battery materials - that 7% just might be a huge significance in any deal we get involved with.

For an acquisition that is, exposure to key battery materials, litchfield alone could seem very attractive to Glencore.

You know there's been many ideas posted on what will become of Sonora lithium and I've posted my fair share plus all the views I have on COP26 etc and VIPs such as John Kerry

I do think just three minutes might just show it's not that far off - lithium isn't mentioned (oddly) very oddly because it seems very much central to their plans!

I did post a strong buy and topped up yesterday £3.5K, just like I said the events of the last week have left a bitter taste, luckily I am 18% up having added at very low SP's over the years and made x4.5 on BCN/EMH

I would also add that on Monday January 31st I tried some dummy sells on barcs from 75,000 down to 2,000 throughout the day and had no trades, it was only when I dropped to 1500 I had an offer, that was the pattern for most the day until 4:28 when I did get a price to sell 20,000. (I didn't try every minute of every hour but that was the pattern)

Tuesday 1st we hit 11% rise then after close the placing was announced.

My main point being the window between securing 20% and having to take the further 7% always to me appeared to be 12 months, either that's correct or not?

Totally understandable if that was a precondition but that should have been a consideration long before if so.

Well the very least we should expect come the closing of the PI offer is a 17% discount on the last days trading - at the very least!

I would also add the terms for taking up the extra 7% always appeared to me to indicate within twelve months not hours or days after becoming the 20% owner and that they would be exposed to this needy cash raise?

Then there's the stockpile, I was under the impression the sale would help towards funding the redevelopment and not after the bank creditors had been paid with maybe 10% left whenever that may be.

I sincerely hope there's something to add value in coming days, because having given some time to digest this so far PI's have very little to be thankful for in the events of the last week or so, the way I see it this has been more of a greeds must rather than a needs must!

Of course the fireworks in Sonora needs to be factored in but Mexico just won't be able to establish a lithium mining industry without Chinese input (in my view) plus they depend heavily on China for exports and in future investment.

when is the cash settlement for the £4.1m oversubscribed placing going into the KDNC bank account ready to take 27%?

Before the PI offer completes perhaps and therefore could it be we have 27% by Friday this week?

Jolanta at a take up for 49% ownership 6p to 8p discount won't be off a 20p range it will be more likely be in pounds and if by then Ganfeng take the JV's could easily be £5 plus.

If you thought for a moment this is going to 13p you wouldn't be holding, blimey nearly as crazy as Rayofsunshine who had a £10K short to 7p last year as well as his holding in COPL at 38p, you do have so much in common.

Or our interests in EMH, HAS, or Synergy all possibly could deliver as the world enters into an new transport and energy revolution with few projects s advanced as HAS, Sonora or EMH - right time right place!

13p to 17p value will be EMH alone in coming weeks - easily!

Perhaps they were expecting to be in talks with Ganfeng by now with either an offer or negotiations underway that would have seen the SP rocket?

Well that may be on hold until April with what's happening in Mexico but certainly a consideration.

Shame he didn't mention the stock pile and the expected resumption of shipping, hopefully that's in the next RNS with the 27% secured -

who needs convincing, placement oversubscribed at 6% less than current SP with £4.1m raised and less than a further 5% dilution with shareholder offer.

Very timely KM interview, best not watch the daily SP movements it doesn't necessarily correlate with the newsflow, set yourself a future date to evaluate your position and if that's something you are not comfortable doing then reduce your holding or sell and don't regret your decision - that's the litmus test, be responsible for you own decisions!
