Wouldn't it be a good start to the week if we had a Ganfeng related RNS just before Chinese new year begins, still if not there's am 11.1% chance we get Amapa news on Tuesday or failing that 12.5% Wednesday...............

And if not this week next Monday 20% and failing that by Thursday it will be imminent.

Agree, and the EV models coming this year will no doubt put a strain on supply!

Battery tech is at the point whereby the buying decision is becoming a no brainer, I do believe LFP will bridge the gap until solid-state becomes commercially viable - we don't discuss much on grid storage on here but it's creeping in, the Ford F-150 has it as does the BYD school bus, the US has abysmal supply outages compared to the UK so a real benefit to be able to power your home or school.

I'm sure Ganfeng are planning 5, 10, 20, 50 years ahead, with the prices we are seeing today the cost to buy the JV's shouldn't be an issue - 437% profits increase, I bet even Ganfeng weren't expecting that level.
