Sounds about right. The only issue with POX is that it uses the sulphide with near pure oxygen to heat/oxidize the gold bearing ore. If there is recoverable copper in the ore there is massive requirement for cyanide in CIL. Copper, being less noble, consumes cyanide first and is a not of a menace in electro winning.

Mass pull is the measurement of the primary mineral that you pull over the first few cells (what you want to keep). In Telfer’s early days the copper was measured and the gold came with it.

I know what ‘mass pull’ is - the load pulled over the initial rougher float cells, all other cells refine the concentrate pull from the rougher/scavengers. If you don’t get it there it’s gone to tailings. Never heard of ‘mass pull back’
Never used the term concentrate 1 from tailings, but it could be a final column float cell recovering any residual concentrate/chemical (bubbles) in the tailings stream before it heads to the dam.

To give you a relevant example, the Telfer I'm used to a few years back used to feed around 2% Cu and 2 gpt Au into their sulphide (flotation) circuit.
The result was a 20-22% Cu concentrate sent away in 2 tonne bags for smelting that also contained about 2 ounces of gold (~62grams) per bag.

I used sea water for Processing at Centamin in Egypt. We piped in from the Red Sea. We used Reverse Osmosis to filter for a small clean water supply (for cooling and pump glands etc). We used Perth sea water for our test work - similar to Red Sea at 42,000 ppm NaCl and it was adequate to process gold bearing material. I’m sure the technology is there nowadays to better purify hyper saline water, but as mentioned plenty of residue to deal with.

I agree. I’m sure they’ll find enough good water to run the operation.

Back in the day we only intercepted a couple of reasonable artesian bores for the township and plant. The rest (many) were hyper saline between 250,000 and 300,000 ppm NaCl (salt). For comparison Perth sea water is 42,000ppm (one fifth) - that’s how bad it is.

I’m absolutely full on GGP, but I’m finding it useful as a strategy to hold a bit of surrounding Artemis, Paterson, Antipa, and Thor because;
a) they are trading at present on GGP Haveion regional news (evidence ARV’s rns) which gives them a bit of a hike, and b) when GGP has good regional news these shares go up, in hope, they can pick up GGP deposit scraps.
The trick is to pick their ‘ups’ to plough more into GGP and their ‘downs’ to buy a few more to repeat.

Haven't heard that one but very doable
Google Savage River/Port Latta in Tasmania as an example - iron ore has been piped to the coast for many years. No problem either to build a fine crusher circuit out at Hav the and pipe/convey/truck it in.
Some mines use the kinetic energy of hills and dales to virtually consume no power - just slurry it up and pump it to the top of the highest hills, do a bit of engineering along the way and let it go, using the downslopes to produce power. Same can be done with conveyors.
When I worked in an alumina plant in the Northern Territory we conveyed the bauxite from the mine on 21 kilometres of conveyor system. Changed rollers out on the run. Although bauxite is very granular and a bit easier to transport/stack
The tech for any means of long transport is all out there and well proven. It's just the economics.

Your comment on recoveries true to some extent. Early treatment feed grades were higher so, essentially a 5gpt HG meant a 0.5 to 1.0 gpt tail. About 80-90% recovery achieved easily (straight oxide/cyanide treatment). To achieve that sort of recovery nowadays on 1.5 gpt or lower feed grades is the trick and where more technology is helping feed bigger tonnages of lower grade material and sustain a low tail (and still make money). A lot of wastage occurred in the early days, I agree.

No uranium to my knowledge - we didn’t bother testing for it back in the late 80’s (and I worked at Ranger Uranium Mine for seven years before going to Telfer). That mine is in Kakadu National Park, a World Heritage listed area. You wouldn’t believe the protocols we had to go through there. Nothing like that in Telfer, but I suppose you can get trace, even in sea water.

It’ll be near the bottom of the tailings dam, but I do know of some 17 gpt gold that ended up there for a day or two by accident:)

You would think they would have done some basic sterilisation drilling, but you never know. I worked for a nickel company back in the late seventies that built a 30 hectare water pond right over the the top of what was later defined as the deposit’s mother load!!! :)
