How about we all start by emailing investor relations warning them the we are ALL ready to contact Sally if we do not receive a response? That at least gives them the chance to respond so if the company can be saved it will retain that credible relationship with Sally.

Anna is not available AGAIN! The welsh lady is sorry for our concerns and has assured me that she has passed the message on. AIM portfolios are a complete gamble as the level of integrity and competence amongst AIM directors does not have a great record. People should be allowed to invest here and reasonably expect the BOD to be honest, diligent and competent. She may well be, but she is certainly not displaying any of this to investors. With only £192,000 of business announced in H1 we cannot be too far off complete failure right now so why worry about delisting?

Secondly, regardless of collecting £180k per year or not, expecting someone else answer the phone and bear the brunt of your failure is cowardly behaviour. Anna was not available again. I have explained to the receptionist that shareholders are planning to keep calling until Anna speaks to one of us. The receptionist understands and has assured me that she will pass the message and my number on. I suggest we keep calling. But please remember that the receptionist and anyone else that you speak to is someones wife/ girlfriend/ sister/ daughter and only works there. So please keep conversation factual and civil. Speak to them how you would want your own loved ones spoken to when complaining.

I just called and asked to speak to Anna, "Anna who?" was the response, I explained that I wanted Anna Gudmundson. "Was I from a company?" .... "no I am a shareholder and extremely concerned about the business". The receptionist tried to see if anyone was available but surprisingly they were not. She informed me that Sam, Anna'a assistant was not available either. I asked if Anna was in today however the receptionist did not know (must be a huge office) but Sam would call me back. I said I wanted Anna not her assistant and was assured that my message would be passed on. I will call again in 1 hour and will continue to call them every hour until I or someone else here get some answers as to why the company is in such a position? What they are doing about it? waver It was polsk's fault. Once he posted what PJ got for making a large investment I couldn't stop thinking about it and finally gave in! Unfortunately I'm not as wealthy as Peter so could not afford the glasses.

S4K I agree that it needs positive news to see an uplift but another £30k order will not cut it. Neither would a £300k order after the lack of results so far this year. Anything larger or multiple orders seem impossible right now. This lack of sales is what is stopping new investors, not the name change. As polsk rightly points out Anna is responsible for that.
