Things are not too clear but my understanding is the RNS was dated 11th September announcing the sale of certain assets of KIN wellness Ltd to SMG. We no longer have an interest in KIN Wellness. We have shares in KIN Group PLC which is a cash shell. I may well be wrong so please check for yourself. J
