Another opinion of mine is that an official confirmation that the company is performing in line with expectations and recent press speculation is incorrect would help the SP. I hope you find it acceptable that I have that opinion too?

I do not understand how me suggesting a possible solution to losing 6% today is me gaining personally? Or are you twisting sentences?

He may well be the greatest CEO the world has ever seen but needs to make a solid statement if he wants to support the SP right now.

Of course it is Bob, I'm simply investing in shares to make money, not an employee.
But if I sold part of my company because it couldn't support my required income then I would consider that a problem.

Because simple logic suggests that if this company really is on target for revenue of £6m no one would blink if the CEO took an extra £150k in bonus or salary for the excellent work he had done, even if it was still making a loss. But selling his shares suggests to people that the company simply does not have the revenue to support his salary/ bonus so he has been forced to sell part of his holding to support his lifestyle.
That may or may not be true but it is the reason why people are uneasy and questioning the transaction and a big part of the reason why the SP has dropped so much since the transaction took place.
So if the CEO would like to quell that theory and deny the comments (which have been supported by a drop in SP) I am sure the SP will start to recover.

Time for JD to confirm or deny his allegations and settle the current situation down.
No excuses about sensitive information and competitors or cryptic tweets. Bids is either on target or not. Nothing else, no matter how good the news is will stabilise the SP.
Or people will judge this company by recent transactions, rumours and articles that TW is making.

Looking back I don't think it was better, but there was a good case against Fitbit.

Lots of smoke and mirrors from the Fitbug directors, AIM at its very worst.

Hopefully we are on to something better with Bids but it could do with some reassurance regarding revenue, cash position, denial of recent press comments (TW) and directors selling shares to push the SP up.

As a simple remedy to the recent comments by JW and TW which have harmed the SP the company needs to issue a statement denying the allegations if they are not true. Failure to do this will continue to cause concern to existing and new investors.

What do you all think would be bad?
I’m anticipating revenue of around £1.5m and losses around the same (£1.5m). Still leaving plenty cash in the bank.
I wouldn’t consider this as bad, just the planned costs of building a well structured business.

Hi Bob I suppose it is down to personal opinion but mine is that the CEO should be answerable to shareholders on important matters such as revenue, profit, costs etc but not trivial matters like sending an RNS about the date of the results when they are not overdue.

I’m hoping the CEO has a little more about him and a little more to do than issuing an RNS like this at the request of one shareholders email.

Many contributors on here seem to be glued to this waiting for a life changing announcement any minute. Sure some good announcements will probably occur but I’m more inclined to put it in the drawer and fast forward 18 months for year end 2020 results. I feel that will be when my investment starts to mature.

AIM can be a minefield, mainly due to some directors behaviour and the lack of regulation to keep them in check. However, JD is not only announcing deals but also stating the relationships they have with some huge companies and recruiting the very best people. He could not use such credible names if it was not true. This makes BIDS the real deal to me and AIM is doing its job for now.

I am quite satisfied with the mcap/ SP considering the financial information we have at the moment.

Although some may be disappointed with H1 figures when they are released I think the company has been more than clear that Q3 is where the action starts so most revenue will come in the final quarter. I am not expecting any more than £1.5m H1 and £6m YE 2019 (still in the red). Anything more is a bonus to me. With all the action going on in terms of acquisitions, recruitment and contracts if the price does drop on H1 figures I will be the first to buy more shares and wait.

The MM's may or may not be influencing a little but if this is happening they are playing for pennies at the moment compared to what is coming (and they will not be able to stop it). Although we are in a good position right now I feel that this company will not start significantly financially maturing until full 2020 results are released. Then those of us who were in here early will win BIG TIME.

I didn't see Capt-Hindsight ranting. He commented very politely on what many people must think. His 16 likes speaks for themselves. The board is for discussing Bids, not talk of people eating sweetcorn, walking the dog and drinking tea. More appropriate posts are buried which puts people off contributing and it is also against the rules.

You guys make some great contribution which would be missed by at least myself but as a suggestion there is a general chat facility on this site which allows people to open their own board for general subjects such as Brexit, Football, horse racing etc. You could make one about Bobs Onions. This would allow you guys to continue your great posting about Bids on here and your other interests in a more appropriate place.

Someone posted this evaluation on BIDS by Peterhouse research back in October. It still seems a realistic summary/ expectation to me.
