The only surprise is that people are surprised that such an error or deceit has occurred. The chairman�s previous incompetence is well documented from his apparent inactivity during overseeing the complete collapse of the previous company to his part in continuing to support over �10m investment in to a product that in the end was only worth �50k. The biggest problem for shareholders now is that what ever the future may hold here, he may well be involved with negotiations. His track record of competence does not bode well for representing other people�s cash. As long as he remains chairman investors will be nervous. If he goes people will be more confident to invest. I for one did not re-invest here purely on the basis he is still chairman.

Someone sounds a little flustered! The current Chairman oversaw the 99% devaluation in the value eventually leading to the company being placed in administration in 18 months? Akers just oversaw the loss of millions for his own shareholders? They do not give me confidence. Lets split some hairs over the £50k; 1 man own's £62k worth, another in the £50k's. The other 2 are investment companies and one of those is not here by choice. Akers owns £45k. He sold his business for £300m/£45k = 0.015% of what made (not even his net worth). If someone sold a business for £1m the equivalent investment would be £150. POCKET CHANGE! No international standard, just less than I keep in my pocket on an average night out. I have seen no action from the 2 new board members (so nothing changed). The other 2 repeatedly mentioned are shareholders, not board members so they are not on course to move on from any KIN BOD.

Are there any other products, services or investments allowed to be sold by a vendor who is intentionally misleading the purchaser? Like the RNS’s regarding court cases, Best Buy, Mejer, Target, Samsung, KLM etc. Are other indemnified auditors allowed to let a company publish misleading information that they should be checking for authenticity? GumT We could pay the £20k. Write a load of lies disguised as RNS’s, the nomad will sign them off for the right price. Sit round scratching our 4rse for 18 months and watch the cash come rolling in. We will be minted and unlike any other kind of theft/ fraud/ deception it is perfectly legal and the regulators of AIM will not trouble us. No one can touch us. How can we lose? The only slight drawback could be that we have more morals than a gutter rat so may struggle to live with ourselves for deceiving honest people out of their honesty earned money.
