These guys need to be actively pursuing PR's to justify their existence and you as a shareholder Billy should also be doing your bit to apply some pressure along with all shareholders right now, IMHO.

No 1 Consideration for myself is:

Be aware of political risk

It’s worth taking the time to familiarize yourself with the countries in which junior miners operate. Safe jurisdictions are those with stable, mining-friendly governments, low sociopolitical strife and transparent permitting processes. Metrics like the investment attractiveness index used in the Fraser Institute's annual mining survey can provide an overview of which countries are more receptive to mining projects — but timely information is key, too. Wars, strikes and election cycles are particularly noteworthy and should always be looked at when considering juniors.

So, in conclusion , my first choice would be any explorer operating in either Australia, Canada, and the USA.

Who, absolutely no idea as yet not looked into it, but for now am only waiting for GGP to do their stuff, so let's hope and prey that Shaun comes home with the Bacon!

I'm slightly confused by your proposition in that you start off by 'As opposed to buying all of GGP', so by that I take it you mean the sale of our 30% share of Havieron?.

In that scenario we would get a vote I reckon and presumably a Special Dividend?

That dividend would not IMHO be 100% of whatever was agreed as I'm sure SD and the BOD's would retain some of the proceeds for further exploration and on going costs etc.

Or have I completely misread your question?

Look at the volume the other day when it SP increased by 16% plus, total volume reached 47m, SFA to do with comments /ramping on this BB. Time for a rethink IMHO. someone is building a stake morelike in GST.

One point raised by Don, NEM could be buy GGP shares etc, which in my mind begs the question are they behind the current shorting activity of GGP for a potential takeover bid to attain 100% ?

I sincerely hope not.

An independent specialist consultant was commissioned by Newcrest to develop a 2022 closure

cost estimate. The estimate was for a combined Telfer-Havieron closure for Telfer LOM and

Havieron (100%) of A$478.1M including contingency. The cost estimates were prepared in
