Simply by making a formal request in person to see the shareholder register at the company's registered address.

It is a right enshrined in the law of the land.

The company can refuse but only and only on good reason, then one has to up the ante, take it to court etc.

Fair enough. I will only become worried if I subsequently find out that HH Developments (A private Limited Company) owns a huge swathe of shares in UKOG, I very much doubt it but this is something that can be easily checked out.

If I understand what you are implying, one needs to join the dots, between directors of HH Developments and funding? Is this what you are saying?

IMHO, it would have been far more beneficial to shareholders to offer shareholders the first bite at the cherry rather than going to YA. Makes you question why doesn't it?? Who benefited? not us poor shareholders that is for sure.

Question I have been niggling away at me is this, going back to the last funding/placing. Why were members of the public/shareholders excluded?
