What makes you think any of the HH partners might wish to sell some of their share ?

And, secondly, new 'Exploration Wells' plus a re visit to BB would easily eat up £10M if not more.

Personally, I very much doubt it, it is more likely to support the development of two newly identified sites within the UKOG PEDL 234 licence area plus a re-visit to BB , as reported in the Interim Results RNS. of 29/06/18

ie,

UKOG will progress leases and regulatory approvals for two further well sites and exploration wells in the north of PEDL234 and potentially for a BB-1y sidetrack..

Sadly, it's only a couple of days late, best read through the latest RNS's, funding raise all done and dusted now.

But............No confirmation as yet of Hazard Plate, ie Oil, we still await.

Some folk think it was water sadly, but maybe we will find out from our spotters soon, hope so.

You will find that the 250Million placing figure is already accounted within the 5 Billion figure. Placing RNS issued after the Loan Conversion RNS.
