It is therefore a very hard lesson learned and the moral of the story is choose your stop loss position very carefully or watch or set up an alert if the sp drops x % and be mindful that in the world of AIM you will be robbed if you leave the door open.

Not so sure if happens as much on the FTSE but AIM is so unpredictable.

I don't use stop losses anymore as result of this.

Go to UKOGS website and download the Admission document, then look at pages 4, and 24 and you will see that KM is named as Finance Director.

And anyway, Nicholas Mardon Taylor, will be a Non Exec Director.

Personally, I don't think it would , the only change might be to the purchase order to Hoyer or whoever from UKOG Investments Plc to UKOG Plc??
