You can check the number of shares on the msn. site against the recent Form 8.30's issued RNS's.

Vanguard for example, on their recent Form 8.30 of the 09/01/20 have 219,537,472 as oppossed to 433,937,551 on the Msn site so clearly have sold about 50%.

At this late stage I don't believe it would achieve anything! much rather have a formal investigation imo.

It's not just all about the fact that investors are hurting thats bad enough, its more about how and why we are at such a close point to running out of cash, silence from the company, leaks before issue of RNS's, and a strong suspicion that no real effort has been made to raise sufficient cash to complete the high risk elements first, ie the Shafts. If that funding was available the rest would follow in good time to complete the mine.

Suspicions have also been raised imo by this article, just read between the lines I'm sure you will spot them.

All depends on various factors;

1. Did you cash in a pension and invest in a SIPP based upon a decision arrived at via a Financial Advisor?
2. Have you simply invested based on your own decision to do so in say an ISA?

In case 1. above you may have a case for compensation, in case 2., no chance of recovery IMHO.

I have often thought the same thoughts as you, IBAB is a clever chappie without doubt. But it does beg the question and fairly so IMHO , why would an individual spend so much time, so many posts to prepare existing SH's for the inevitable conclusion?
