My view fwiw, SD will sell 5% of HV to NCM just to cover GGP's share of the capex costs of mining HV plus future costs of exploration on our 100% owned tenemants............. unless of course he can source alternative finance arrangements which is a possibility.

Spot on TMT. I watched the presentation and at first was somewhat dissapointed that SD rolled out an April report that all had seen before on paper and many were decrying.

But after some thought I decided to watch it again ,and decided that all in all it was a good presentation because it was from the CEO/factual.

Yes I would have liked more information on GGP's 100% tenemants but the thrust /strategy for now according to SD is to soley concentrate on the development of GGP's Flagship assets and that is what he basically stated.

Get some revenue coming in in order to support further exploration on our 100% owned assets, that's the way I read it.

It's all about funding at the end of the day and the last thing we want now or in the next 12 months is further dilution, so I am fairly content with the JV model in order to exploit what what we already have, and it's a lot of asset!.

In parrallel SD did state that we /GGP are happy to consider further alliances, ie JV's and that I reckon is the way he sees as the best strategy for moving forward from now onwards, ie let others pay towards the $Bn dollar creation.

Any supposed purchase of a Fintech with it's own API to bypass the FCA procedure etc, would have to be RNS'd by GST, but it hasn't so make your own mind up on that, I have.

Are you suggesting that it is GGP's responsibility to annouce such a change (assuming they GGP know?) or is it the Nomads responsibility , or indeed how does such an announcment have to be made in order for it to be forced to be announced?

It's an old article, and yes the author has now shown to be wrong in his assesment of CA/HUR's influence ....but the article points out the threats against CA from Saba Capital.

So what impact might this have and the newly appointed CA supported...NED's?

IMHO....We all need to to have a good idea of what SD's plans are and how long that maybe, with respect to our 100% owned licences.

After all if SD is going to turn GGP into a Billion $ valued company etc... whats the plan and where is it?

The Directors and hold about 63% of GST , ie...of total 1.293M shares , (814m shares) by my reckoning.

Peel Hunt an investment banker/MM according to their last RNS 22/04/20, held just under 10%.

Now how much of the Peel Holding, lets say 9%, is really part of the freeflow is anyones guess, because we haven't yet had a revised TR1 since Apr 20 , so I am including their holding in the free float.

All in all therefore, the free float is most probably around 37%.

Yes , GGP holding were reduced by some 5.5m of GGP after the most recent rebalance, but my original point which you replied to was that they..Van Eck would not readily accept a 'Lo Ball' offer should that arise or do you disagree?

I do not think that the likes of some of our institutional investors such as Van Eck et al, would readily lie down and accept a low ball offer, nor would the larger percentage of retail investors.

Anything can be challenged because as of right now, the true picture of what GGP is really worth is only just starting to emerge albeit very slowly IMO. Just to indulge..offer me a pound before we really find out what GGP is worth and I'll sell now, anything less forget it, I'll wait. :O)
