What's really happening in the background?

The FED are getting nervous of the power of decentralised currencies, eg China have banned BTC.

It's all about power and control, watching what you earn, watching what you spend your money on, watching what taxes you should be paying, etc, etc (Research it)

Now then..... as far as GS Fintech is concerned, Coalculus is way outside of such gyrations, simply because GST are simply planning to use the 'Blockchain Technology' purely and simply to facilitate peer to peer payments and it is NOT about Cryptocurrency per se, that's my opinion anyway.

The GS Fintech business model I think is based upon proof of ownership be it an asset or document or the means to make a payment without having to resort to use a traditional bank that will charge you so much more to do so, and assist those whom let's say have a poor credit score or just simply want to send money across the globe without having to pay exhorbitant fees.

This is one of the questions on my mind and I am sure is on many other GGP holders.

Yes, it's good to have so many prospective licences, but it would also be useful to hear what our BOD's future strategy is going to be on the other tenements.

Are we going to move forward in a slow piecmeal fashion /JV only based strategy, (finance permitting) ?

I do hope SD will retain our 25% ownership of Haverion as that will then provide a much required cash boost to GGP coffers .

But the overriding question for me for now is, it would be good to at least gain an idea of what Shaun's 'Billion Dollar ' strategy actualy is?

Bottom line IMHO:

For a restructuring plan to be approved, 75% in value of the creditors(ie, Bond Holders) or voting members within each class (which have a genuine economic interest present) must approve the plan. The additional approval requirement in schemes that requires a majority in number to bless the arrangement is not required for a restructuring plan.

In other words if the Bond Holders agree to the plan, it's game over sadly as long as the Judge also agrees, IMHO.

Just got to persuade the Judge that Shareholders views matter!

Lastly, in potential insolvency scenarios...the poor shareholder is usually at the bottom of the pile, for a company is a legal entity in it's own right like you and me , and it's very survival rides way above it's own investors!

Good luck, hope the judge will take into account the counter arguemts of shareholders and provide an equitable solution ie, indeed a potential rescue by all shareholders.

In other words, if you are trader and have the knowledge in understanding and reading Level 2 gyrations you most likely will have an advantage over those whom do not pay for level 2, and once you can decipher what the real trend is that may well benefit your trading strategy .

So in conclusion, look at the comments of Level 2 posters :O) that's my analysis now after reading this interesting article :O)
