Are GGP legally bound to comply with the Arbitrators decision shoud it fail to meet GGP's expectations?

Answer is we don't know, because as of yet no one has sight of the JV agreement in respect of the 5%, I'm sure SD will be exploring this.

At Havieron, growth drilling continues to expand the system footprint and identify high grade extensions to the
mineralisation in the Eastern Breccia, South East Crescent Zone, Northern Breccia and North West Pod target areas.
Highlights include:

In the Eastern Breccia, new results from HAD145W1 returned 150.1m @ 3.7g/t Au & 0.15% Cu from
1,827.9m, including 42.3m @ 8.6g/t Au & 0.4% Cu from 1,854m. The intercept is approximately 100m to the
north west of HAD104^^ which returned 62.5m @ 5.9g/t Au & 0.30% Cu from 1,546.5m, including 49.4m @
7.1g/t Au & 0.38% Cu from 1,554.6m. These intercepts confirm the potential for the North West trending
Eastern Breccia corridor to host Crescent style high grade mineralisation.

In the South East Crescent, results for HAD133W6^ were received which finalises the reported intercept to
173.2m @ 1.9g/t Au & 0.18% Cu from 1,424.6 m, including 43.1m @ 3.7g/t Au & 0.34% Cu from 1,425.9m.
This intercept is the deepest high-grade mineralised intercept for the project to date, at approximately 250m
below the current Mineral Resource and demonstrates that the high grade mineralisation remains open at
depth

1. Agreed term sheets to finance Capex requirements for Havieron should the decision to mine be given the go ahead.
2. Potential new JV partner in order to develop exploration on one of our 100% owned tenemants, ie Ernest Giles, etc
3. Updated progress on the Havieron Decline.
4. Updated progress on the 5%
5. LIcence aquisitions?

IMHO!

Simple question is to ask yourself is this.

Why were GGP motivated to release an updated MRE simply because NCM decided not to as promised ?

This in itself is a question to be thought about and answered, and as FAIC, it is simply because NCM are downplaying Havieron in the interim between further updates to support a FS, in order to achieve a lower valuation for the 5%.

On the contra side, NCM al;so need to persuade their own shareholders to mine Havieron. They can't have it both ways?

Moreover, GGP have the best CEO ever IMHO, I am so pleased that SD has taken over GGP, for he is streets ahead in terms of building a team and expertise within GGP as compared to his predecceors and his experience / knowledge gained within Newstar will prove invaluable in the long term. I am sure SD has already experienced such Shenanigans in JV negotiations/agreements during his tenure at Northern Star Resources Limited, and Yes this is a legacy agreement that he has to deal with and is not of his choosing that is very clear.

Bottom line is surely, do you as a GGP shareholder trust NCM ?

Given recent events with their issue of an updated MRE etc, I personally do not trust them despite ongoing technical difficulties with the decline etc.

The 5% valuation conundrem outcome will be very interesting indeed when it arrives!

At least we can see that Sean is already well ahead in the game and this gives me some confidence that he has already twigged on this facet. Lets face it so far it would seem to be a very one sided agreement IMHO and I do genuinely worry about NCM's overall control of the release of drilling data and assay's upon the effect this has on the GGP SP.

Maybe I'm being too sceptical but maybe I'm not alone in my thinking?

My rationale for carrying the baton as Hydro states on the thread that I started that has nw been deleted was simply this.

The intention was to try and ascertain what we as a group on this LSE/GGP/BB hold in total (526m shares recorded so far as at time of this post) and yes there are many as Hydro has eluded to, do not wish to partake, all well and good that is their choice etc.

Some folk for example, have openly disclosed their holdings on this thread , but have not specifically requested to be included in the count, and so I have not included them.

I also realise it's a very difficult exercise to compile given the multitude of retail interests involved. The main driver for me was to see if PI's really do hold 40 to 60 % of GGP?

I'm not a statistician but should this exercise offer a 'Sample' of even 10 to 15 % for this BB alone then we might well as a group of private investors be into the 40-50% ownership zone.?

All this matters of course because should we ever receive a Low Ball offer (God Forbid!) then at least we have a means to understand what numbers are involved?

That was my thinking anyway.
