We now have CUDA, which means we are able to refinance our existing loan with a reputable Commercial Bank.

The $10M Bookbuild was always on the horizon, as we need funds for FED DEP drill(s).

The SP always goes South when funds are raised - a great buying opportunity IMHO. We will soon know the Bookbuild SP, which will be in the region of 18-20p.

Stas - I am just calling it as it is! Personally, I received an e mail from AM on 5th April saying that the CUDA decision is likely to be this week.

Don't be so condescending fella, and I do NOT tell lies.

It appears that a lot of posters have received e mails from AM & CH regarding CUDA & the Fed Deep CPR. The consensus appears to be CUDA announcement this week, which IMHO will accompany news on refinancing. We have also been told that the CPR is underway, & has been commissioned by Ridley Scott. This type of in depth professional report can take months to underline a discovery, so some patience is required.

Everything else ATM is just white noise, so don't believe anything posted by the green bar merchants, or so called experts like TW. Do your due diligence on COPl, and then make a decision accordingly.

We ALL know that CUDA outcome is probably this week, & we have probably secured it & refinancing is probably in the pipeline. That is a lot of probablys, however investors will be caught out if it come to pass.

You will NEVER get 24p again, so your decision is clear. If you believe, invest now. If not, stay well clear!

fticonsulting told me about the signed LOI, following which a PA is drawn up & signed. I initially understood that Court ratification took six weeks, however it appears that can be abridged.

I have already posted that an LOI has been signed, & a Purchase Agreement drawn up.

AM will give an interview once CUDA is in the public domain through the Court & which is likely to be next week. There is good reason for this.
