I am with you dh - however there are NO guarantees. An individual who is only looking to invest for a year, should be putting their money into a capital protected plan like a one year fix.

dusterhater - that is not the point! If you need the money, it might not be the right time to sell eg if shareant had invested in COPLthis time last year, he/she would be sitting on a hefty loss.

shareant - you cannot invest in something like this for only a year. You might be very lucky, however asset backed investments should be viewed as 3-5 years minimum.

If you look at any major discovery, the Regulator does not like unsubstantiated claims ergo a CPR or an IRR. Independent companies like Ryder Scott & RPS, are employed to reinforce & substantiate a claim on LSE or AIM.

IMHO, the refinancing will be sorted by the end of Q2. We may get an update when the Q1 results come out on 15th May.
