For me, the refinancing of the Loan is pivotal within the next 2-3 months. Once this has been completed, there is nothing holding us back except for a Ryder Scott bombshell.

I am NOT going to give you any predictions - I can only give you my exit strategy which is around the £2 mark. I am NOT qualified to give you any advice, however a five year plan is eminently sensible. Most investors are currently under water, having invested in the 20's & 30's, however it is only a loss when you sell.

In essence, you should see this as a 12-18 month play. By the end of 2023, we should see a significant upturn in value, however there are NO guarantees.

Be patient & hopefully you will be rewarded.
