Just for you guzzler,128064 and everyone else looking to make a quick buck, here is my take on things and that is all it is. As Brom says "we do not know what we do not know!"

DW was in London for the Forge Presentation, and already knew that the RI was imminent. Although his intention was to offer shareholders the chance to take advantage, he must have anticipated that there may be a shortfall. In my opinion, he has already lined up backers to purchase any remaining shares at 1p. That is why the Issus is NOT underwritten.
