* Deadline for bids YE 2018 extended until 31st January 2019
* Preferred bidder selected March 2019
* Final DD May 2019 and Final Decision on FO 30th June 2019

IMHO, it CANNOT be a bad deal as the preferred bidder submitted an offer which was ACCEPTED by 88E and REJECTED all other offers. This means that DW MUST have been completely happy with the terms.

In any event, we shall soon be privy to the outcome in June. In the meantime, the SP should rise exponentially until news hits the doormat.

I understand where you are coming from, however the shares are dirt cheap and the company is on the verge of a significant Farm-Out in June.

I am going to hold here until I have doubled my money. I should have bailed the last time they hit 20p!

24M traded, and an 11% rise - steady growth over the next 3-4 weeks is what we need, as individuals wake up to the fact that there is some money to be made in the next few months.

I really hope that DW is able to get the Conventional FO over the line, and have been racking my brains as to why the preferred bidder may bail at this late stage. The 3D Inversion fits the bill, and so does the amount of Resource. I hope that upfront cash is NOT an issue, and it would seem fair to contribute towards the millions stumped up so far to bring us to this point.

Your opinion holds as much water as mine, and I understand your scepticism regarding our current success or lack of it.

I see it purely in terms of risk and reward. I have always banged the drum regarding my 39-78p exit target, however I am more reassured by the mitigation of risk with having FOUR projects instead of one, and now a very good prospect of partnering up with an established Oil Major.

Let's see how this plays out on Icewine Conventional, and i will then reappraise my position going forward.

Yes, the Announcement was good, but until the deal is done in June we must remain grounded. The news on the HRZ is reassuring, so if the wind is in the right direction, we may make a few bob in the next few weeks.

I completely agree with you Bdogg, however if the Farminee is a household name, there may be a marked difference in shareholder reaction to the SP.

I will always remember ultra cautious DW's most positive RNS statement:

"The time is right to deal" - perhaps we have reached that time conrad!

If the FO is executed, it will substantially mitigate our risk of failure.
