Given the delays and procrastination, I would be extremely disappointed if our preferred bidder was NOT in the "blue chip" arena!

This FO deal was supposed to be done and dusted by YE 2018, delayed by bidding until 31st Jan 2019, acceptance of preferred bidder in March 2019, and final DD/paperwork to present date.

Don't forget, we picked the bidder and NOT the other way around. This makes it far more likely that the "deal" will be attractive to shareholders.

I will look at a stock, weigh up it's potential and then BUY if I consider it good value. I have an EXIT price in mind, which is 20-30p. ATM, I am prepared to wait until further news, although I am sure that the company may be gone by 2021.

NSCI was worth 194.5p a few years ago, but sadly no longer. Current value IMHO 20-25p..

The fundamentals are compelling - look at MCap, NAV, number of shares and the Portfolio. The company has recently shed a lot of its ongoing costs, and canned a couple of its component shareholdings.
