If you look at the negotiating process, we are only looking at around six months from bid to the present. If it goes through, the deal will be good/excellent as it was chosen as the best of many.

DW said June, and there is no evidence that this will slip. It will either happen in June or fail in June. I cannot see any other outcome, unless there is info we are not prive to.

Let's wait and watch this unfold. The time to start complaining is next Friday.
