Great news my friend, and presents us with unlimited opportunities for development. We now have a powerful ally, and as such places 88E at a higher level.

The SP should gain momentum from here, as a large proportion of "fence sitters" and procrastinators will realise that risk has been significantly reduced and will respond accordingly.
