The more I think about it, I reckon that the news will come from the Farminee and NOT 88E. I have no idea how that will break, however DW would want to inform shareholders ASAP.

There should be something this week, however that is NOT certain!

I will be a lot happier when the FO news drops Wozzy, even if it's a holding RNS regarding finalisation of paperwork and contracts.

DW knows the importance of this FO as an historic landmark in the fate of 88E. Once this is signed, sealed and delivered, investment risk is substantially mitigated, and the value of the company will rise exponentially. If our Partner is a household name, then everyone will want a piece of the action, and the ;laws of "supply and demand" will kick in.

Don't forget, human beings are driven by greed and fear.

The whole purpose of a Farm-Out is that we give up a major proportion of our financial interest in the acreage in exchange for NO future drilling costs. DW has said in the past that he is NOT going to give the company away, so he will be looking at up front cash and in the region of 30% profit going forward. Our Farminee could be drilling THOUSANDS of holes in the future, however we will NOT be around to see it.

For those of you that CAN'T look past the end of your nose, we have TWO FO's totalling 4B barrels. DW is currently tying the bows around the gift, and don't be surprised if he is looking to offload the company within the next 1-2 years. Once the HRZ has gone, he may be looking to move onto a fresh challenge.

In any event 4 billion barrels X 30% X $1 may be acceptable to most shareholders. I will leave you to work out what that is worth to the SP.

The news will come very shortly, so hold your nerve and wait for the big one!

Providing that there are no skeletons in the cupboard, the Farminee will want our 2B barrel Resource. In exchange, we will want our Partners expertise and money.

If it's a Tier 1 entity, then even the SP might shift Northwards.

The cat will be out of the bag very soon - your money, your choice NO WHINGERS ALLOWED!!!

The last working day of June is this Friday - this is where we were on 23rd May:

"Subsequent to the selection of a preferred bidder, indicative terms have been agreed and due diligence is now largely complete. The remaining steps are; final decision on approval and documentation of the agreement. Both steps are scheduled to occur in June 2019. The Company advises that there is no guarantee that final approvals will be granted."

Final decision and documentation - is DW going to let us all down in the next few days?
