88E are entitled to SOA Tax Credits, which were offered in exchange for Oil Exploration in Alaska. We have a Loan which is SECURED against those Credits. We are servicing the Loan by the payment of interest. Sooner or later, SOA will repay the Credits in full, and we can then discharge the Loan.

The Farm-Out has NO bearing whatsoever on the payment of SOA Tax Credits.

We are owed millions of dollars, which will be paid after the outcome of Forrer's Appeal. If that is dismissed, Bonds will be issued to clear outstanding commitments.
