I would challenge even the most experienced investor to put a price on 88E at the moment. There are FOUR BILLION barrels of resource waiting to be extracted. There are Farminees waiting to take the reins, but we do not know who they are.

I can only speak for myself, and invest my hard earned wonga, in a share that is currently worth 1p.

I believe that my investment is worth more than that, and that is why I have just bought some more.

There is NOTHING in today's RNS that signals any semblance of negativity, however there are some on here that will always try to bash and create uncertainty, and others always want chapter and verse.

Can you imagine how ridiculous it would be if there was an RNS stating "All key staff have signed gagging agreements"

Try using a bit of perception and reading between the lines. Why do you think that there have been no leaks over months of negotiations. If the truth got out, then our Preferred Bidder would probably walk!

"Exclusivity Fee non- refundable unless the Farm Out agreement is not finalised owing to an act or omission of the JV parties."

In other words, only 88E or Burgundy can screw this up! That is why ALL key personnel have signed NDA's

Just watch the "BUYS" pour in over the next few days. If our preferred bidder is a household name, or a very large private American company like Hunt, then you may be surprised by SP movement.

Given the current state of play, it is extremely difficult to assess 88E's MCAP. Good luck with that!
