It's a bit alarming that the company has got very little money left in the bank and sone pretty hefy wages dripping out month by month.

That's bull****! Nobody is going to go for the massive expenditure of building an LNG terminal as a contingency. The cost is huge for it to be lying empty with no return on capital invested.
