Hi Longwait. Yes, it's fair to hope that a plan B exists given the serial failures here in the past. Especially given the delay and procrastination now occurring with Spot On. After all, if my memory serves me right, they have been at the table for about a year now. That is a bloody long time to be hanging about without trousering up any money, aside from the shares they purchased in PVR and which they could sell tomorrow, if they haven't done already. I've been invested in this Barryroe project for about 10 years and I've lost a lot of money here, so I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the outcome to date and the continuing failure to advance the project. I don't think you can blame the shen and others for the collapsing SP in PVR and LOGP. It's down to non delivery. I ask myself what the hell the company officers actually do during a working day.

Good question. If no plan B is already in place then I guess the only option is to suspend the exclusivity agreement, see if that forces the deal to complete and failing that it's back to hunting for a new farminee. It's a case of " if ya don't want to sh#t - get off the pot"!

Another week draws by and still no money on the table. Are we being taken for fools for the third time running?

This is all getting rather tedious and worrying as well...but then, whats new with Barryroe?

Everybody on here is posting positive stuff yet the pattern of trades is overwhelmingly sells and the bloody SP keeps drifting south. Why the hell is this taking so long if the effing project is such a compelling investment case? Something not adding up here. I'm getting p%ssed off waiting.

Hear hear. I will never touch any company that O'Reilly is involved in again. Despicable the way he almost emptied the coffers here when he departed with his massive severance payment after screwing up left right and centre and leaving the investors with a pittance.

Shame about the false rumour. Would have been good to move this on a bit.

You never know...another entity could come into the equation..Cairn have plenty of money to invest in new Explo projects just now and might take a punt on grabbing Logp or PVR. Also...Statoil were rumoured to be interested in Bentley some years back. Would be OK to have a decent operator come to the party. Intetseting times ahead.

He can keep on delaying until the milestones that pvr signed up to...become impossible to meet, or they run out of money. It's criminal really.

The trouble is that neither of these ministers hold the energy portfolio so their intervention is not really something that one can really count on. Mr Ryan can continue with his delaying tactics and allow the licence clock to keep on ticking until the timeline runs out and then refuse to renew or extend the licence. That is his strategy. A devious man.
