Looks like a very hefty slug of buys in the last half hour!
Sure. Wasn't suggesting it was planned. But it was a good outcome in the end and delays can occur in offshore construction and exploration. So we can put all that behind us now and celebrate a decent outcome at the end of the day and forget all the doom and gloom and recriminations.
Lots of people on here wer moaning a while back about IOG missing the boat on high gas prices, but the way gas pricing has developed, this has turned out to be to the company's advantage, and IOG are currently absolutely coining it, especially with new wells now in production. Southwark is another potential string to our bow andvwinterbis coming down the tracks in a bit.... Be interesting to see how things turn out. Hoping for a substantial uplift.
Hi ps. No reply from our learned friend with a history of 1 post. Must have insider knowledge which he is keeping close to his chest!
Agree. And all on pure guess re major stakeholder.
I've been burnt too often on this old dog to buy in unless there is something tangible to merit the risk.
Tis up and down like a *****s knickers today!
I agree GG. Glad somebody else spotted the bum arithmetic !
That was a pretty hefty trade for 5 million shares that went through a little while ago....but no impact at all on the SP. What's it all about? Buy or sell?
Would be nice to see a few more buyers crawling out of the woodwork!
Odd innit?
Ah well..Fundraise complete so that's next years salaries in the bag for the board. Cracking little investment this one! I'm guessing we'll see a similar move from LOGP fairly soon as they'll be running on empty by now I imagine. I love Irish Oil!
Too true. Maybe get an RNS soon. Watch the stampede for the door if that's the case.
It's a shame to see so many people expressing disappointment with IOG, but understandable really. I wish I had invested elsewhere as I'm not running a charity to support the BOD. Was hoping to make a bit for myself instead.
Do not worry. The timescales are more than adequate and there are suitably qualified people carrying out the work.
DANK U WELL SAILOR!
I wonder when and how long it will take to tie in this new pipeline and what the impact will be on production?
Tis a bit slow on the rebound. Hope we don't have a large sell coming down the track later.
No big deal if it runs over a bit.
