There is truth in both the recent posts imho.

From Matt’s logical perspective if we still believe in our research, great jurisdiction, good assets and ceo publicly stating a corporate transaction is months away then the recent low sp offers even better opportunity

From madstk perspective it is just the latest in a long history of failed attempts to monetize the undoubted assets we have

It is hard not to let the emotional part of our brains affect decision making. From a relative newcomers perspective I can’t see much that bill and the bod have done wrong in the last 12 months (see my previous post). If I had held here for many years I would certainly let it play out for the next few months. Maybe in the hope of a good result rather than an expectation though

I myself am letting the low sp affect me. When the sp was 26p plus a couple of months ago I was expecting a good result. Now it is 17.5 I live more in hope! Now that is not logical I know because Athe only thing that has changed is the sp. the story remains the same

So let’s hope bill delivers for us all this time and have a good weekend

1 sell today. The rest are buys. Sp is ****. Company comms non existent. Opportunity still golden. Will come good. Eventually. But that’s a hope as well as expectation

Alternative narrative is we are all being taken for a ride and the ceo and his family have no interest whatsoever in making any profit from the 25% of shares they own between them in a graphite hungry market

It really defies logic that second position doesn’t it?

I suppose us relatively new holders still believe that when a ceo says we will get a corporate transaction within months he intends to deliver it

If you forget the past then the recent actions of the company seem to have been straight forward, sensible and to date successful

They have increased the proven gold
They are funded until end of year
They claim to be under nda and dd being undertaken by interested parties
They have published a timeline. End sep for interested parties to proceed to phase 2 or not
Bill but another 48k of his own money in on 16p warrants

Prim have bought in and they previously managed a 10 bagger in a similar space so surely must have a big expectation here

So I personally don’t see any reason for complaint over the last 12 months or so

Apart from the current share price

We will soon know either way. But the risk reward seems in an investors favour here

Just to head off fu man chus inevitable balancing narrative that seems to only consist of “bill hasn’t sold it yet so will never sell it”. Only needs to sell it once and that logic becomes obvious to be the nonsense it always was

Not long now until end sep. if I am wrong so be it. But taking a certain big loss today at 19p doesn’t look clever when there might be a big upside. Risk reward looks like 15p downside and 220p plus upside. So skewed a bit to the up!!!

I really don’t understand selling down here. Prim have bought in at 22.5 and previously 10 bagged in a similar play. Must be hoping for the same?

Bill put another 48k of his own money in last week with 16p warrants. We have enough cash until the end of the year according to last rns. We can also sell a stake in lithoquest if we need more and there are more warrants too

The bod have been explicit on timeline. End sep is the end of phase 1 and then we move into more detailed negotiations with interested parties. If there aren’t any likely candidates then they have backed themselves into a daft corner

We have assets in hold nickel copper lithium and some sundry ev metals in a safe jurisdiction and it’s all coming to a head

I struggle to see what’s not to like

If the bod want the warrant money then we will be getting some positive news soon. I suspect it will start with the offtake agreement.
