I think from what I read we will get a tech update on gold before end sep which shows we have more gold than we ever thought. However I don’t expect it to move the sp as everyone seems greedily to want the monetization plan

I personally can’t see why multiple majors don’t want to enter phase 2 negotiations. So end sep should be good

There was a forced seller. I assumed that the 1.7m sale a few weeks ago was the last of his holding but it might not have been. He might still be around. He was also on Ben and chil. So if they are still going down it might be a clue…

There is also the derisk crew who sell a portion of their holding before any event they classify as binary

And I also know of one holder who sold half of all his holdings because he didn’t like the macro environment and needed a lump of money to buy a house next year. He sold over 350k shares 2 weeks ago

Eventually value will prevail. A company like landore eventually has to realize value thru an asset sale. It’s just pure logic. There is no viable alternative

As far as I can see the bod have done everything correctly in the last 18 months or so. We have a timeline. Mad to even think of selling given how close we are to a big milestone at end of Feb. this isn’t really a binary play where you derisk just before an event (oil is an example). Even in the unlikely event no one is prepared to enter phase 2 negotiations (I can’t see that happening) then the gold and other metals are still there and proven. They won’t disappear overnight and they are valued at over 100p per share Conservatively and possibly several multiples of that

Are people still engaging with amtech? I see from strummer post amtech is still stuck on repeat. I filtered him weeks ago. While I sympathize with his position on mgt moving slowly and imminent meaning more than a year…I personally don’t want to read about it daily

If you are on hl it is because hl have applied mifid2 rules to several shares that the rules aren’t applicable to. Blu and rgo are 2 that I know about

So until rgo sort it out by either convincing hl that mifid2 does not apply to them or alternatively just supply hl with some form with zeros on it (costs and charges I think) then you can’t buy on hl

Good post dee. Using a previous agreement as a template seems sound to me. My conspiracy theorist self thinks they had some slippage and then realized by keeping radio silence another 3 months or so they would screw kabunga out of any profit he might get on his 5million 3p options. We get less dilution and less drag on the share price as kabunga forward sells them

I have no facts to back this up with. Just a theory while I wait for news in October.
