three-year unsecured funding facility with RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd worth USD30 million to allow Dev Clever to pursue growth opportunities "with sustained confidence". The initial advance will be USD5.0 million.

It carries a 10% interest rate and a 1% implementation fee.

Cenkos have factored in a dilutative raise next year (as well as good at 1600). That is why such a poor target sp. neither will be true imho. I think gold goes up a lot and we have other sources of cash (sell lithium assets) so a raise is unlikely
