I am quietly hopeful that given AH focus on shareholders as a priority, IF they decide to use the 207 to pay off the 80 million loan due next year, then maybe pay for the 70-90 million outflow this year resulting in flat FCF, then maybe use 30 for investment, there just might be a surplus 20-30 million which Imo could be used for a share buyback instead of dividends, just until they evidence sustainable FCF generation.

I know Trisor, just plays with your head and as I said before, need to remember we're getting 80% of what they valued the entire company at prior to the disposal update.

I guess weak hands and traders will top slice and sell, LTHs will know exactly what that injection of cash does and how it shows a completely distorted valuation

One of thosecdays when despite buy volume and size of buys, they're dropping further down on even the smallest of sells.

Someone on the other board said Brokers wouldn't be able to rate because of the size of the recent disposal. Not sure if that's true.

I keep reminding myself we're effectively circa 207 million better off because of that disposal, even losing 50 million revenue per year, and that is still not reflected in the share price in comparison to prior to the disposal.

What about people who invested because of their evolve strategy, or invested after HY last year, they were certainly let down really badly by the BOD , only a matter of weeks after the HY results, where they said they would recover earnings lost due to wage inflation in H2. So the company is seemingly not as was portrayed to be in previous results updates.

And if you feel that 1 brief TU in April in almost 8 full months is sufficient for everyone on this board, you're mistaken.

Market sentiment seems to have suddenly gone weak again, commentators blaming it on Trump uncertainty and weak China growth.

If we can consolidate and not be prone to volatile swings, will be a good thing imo.

Cpi aside, why is the UK dog market so poor today , even US markets are up and we are falling further.

I just don't get why we are the weakest performers today.

Anyone know of any UK specific reason why, I know there was German retail sales, China data which isn't affecting the US , Trump attempt afain not affecting the US, so why are we so poor ?

I just read the only one and only TU we've had this year in April, and the excuses started early, " lost days , unusually poor weather, snow days".

It's appalling really that if they do confirm the HY update for August 22, that given the complete lack of confidence here, we will have had 1 brief update on trading for whole of 24 at the end of the 8th month.
