Adolfo Hernandez, Chief Executive Officer, and Stephanie Little, Deputy Director of Investor Relation provide an update on performance following the publication of the HY24 results which were released on 2nd August.

Also the it's worded as operational update since HY results in August which suggests TU.

Wonder if we do get an RNS before.

Do you remember if they provided an operational update following the HY results in the Yellowstone event last year?

Yeah desperately need Hezbollah to agree to back off from the border ( which is highly unlikely) or all bets off for the region.

Probably needs a conflict between the 2 to resolve one way or another.

The last war in 2006 lasted a month.

Hopefully the IDF are mindful of essential infrastructure like energy supply lines, and if it appears that they are being attacked by Hezbollah and Iran the US will assist in blocking incoming rockets, so hopefully not the same level of risk as say Ferrexpo in Ukraine.

Guess it doesn't matter really, but based on the spread it's the lower figure.

As timemyfriend pointed out, triple witching is a total witch of a day, our UT was fairly consistent price wise, some of mine today got another 2% shaved off because of the UT price.

I'm hoping when the dust settles some small caps fund managers may have some freed up funds to throw our way.

No i didn't notice about the headroom increase, funny how priorities change from year to year.

I think we were hoping when that was discussed that we may make a net profit last year as long as no large impairment. That was before the Germany drama!!

Hopefully they maintain that margin for the Canaries ( Alsa in general) , looks like a very decent add on business.

Hopefully we will get a q3 update in the next few weeks and everything on track, that's all I'm hoping for, anything better will be a plus.

If they can demonstrate that the business is stabilising and improving as shown in HY, it's not out of the question that they can deleverage organically if a reasonable NA sale price is not achieved.

Fy25 guidance from FY24 results RNS

Our key targets for FY25 are:

- Positive USA DTC growth in the second half

- Inventory declining by c.£40m

- Net debt declining to £310m to £330m (including lease liabilities)

Alongside this, our guidance for FY25 is:

- USA wholesale revenue declining double-digit percentage in FY25

- New own store openings of 25 to 30

- Depreciation and Amortisation of £75m to £80m

- Net finance costs of £27m to £30m

- Blended tax rate of c.27%

- Capex of around £40m

Triple witching, going to be a dire finish everywhere

On 12 June they released one 4.35 regarding Permira after the TR1 in the morning.

Debt was 330 and 380 in 19/20, guidance to reduce towards 329/330 this year.

Company still profitable, just needs to get through the operational issues in the US.

So many scaremongers come out on days like this.

UK expected to to move to profit h2, despite showing a loss there are hidden 5 mill improvements.

Alsa expects to maintain double digit margin

Perm cost savings are expected structurally and will achieve organic deleverage NA sale aside

Canary bus exceeded buy case revenues 60 mill ebit 9 mill

The cost savings and guidance ie 50 mill for 25 are conservative, they hope to overshoot positively

The hybrid will be retained and all increases in interest costs are costed in guidance.

They guide on almost every other metric, ie debt reduction, capex etc but not the nitty gritty!!

Agree with what you say but from what I've been reading, and seeing on the news, it really looks like Israel are going to open up in Southern Lebanon.

The last one there lasted about a month, and Enog will no doubt be hit , how low depends on if Iran get involved. I've only been adding small amounts until this whole drama plays out.

Remember its triple witching tomorrow.

My guess ( or hope ) is that fund managers ( small caps / turnarounds ) may see this as a value / turnaround play and go long after the fiasco of all their quarterly options expiring tomorrow.

And happy you're right about the Fed, and Jan isn't a bad shout for the BOE given energy is going up 1st Oct and services inflation is rather sticky.

But I think they will go at least once this year.
