Markets are horrible this week, at this rate I wouldn't be surprised if there's no santa rally this year.
Hopefully Stuart Morgan has reflected over the last year about the impact last December's update had on the SP , the tone of it, etc.
I'm giving it until final results to see what the 23 outlook statement says. I'm expecting further business disposal costs to cloud the situation currently.

He told the markets in August that contracts would be awarded evenly in H2.
Imo this kicking the can down the road has caused the market to rerate lower until proved otherwise.
He also said after the capital raise at the beginning of the year that the long term capital structure was now in place after the equity raise.
You just have to see how revenue has halved in a few years, I just really hope that there is no need to raise further funds in December.

The share price has lost nearly 40% in 2 weeks on a change of CEO.
That's not normal for a FTSE 250 company with large IIs.
Why didn't they bring forward the TU and kitchen sink it ?

Jonathan Yarr was replying to my emails since last year and as recently as 6 weeks ago.

To add it looks like the IR guy Jonathan Yarr might have gone.
Just resent my email to 2 other contacts who now appear under IR on their website.

I've just sent an email to Jonathan Yarr at IR, to an email address I've used before and it's come back as blocked access denied. See below .
Anyone else tried emailing them recently?

The response from the remote server was:

Says they now hold 26 million, previously they geld 20 million, increased by 6 million shares, I think.

I can't work it out either, says less than 5%.
Hambro were holding less than 5% before.

According to stockepedia Woods Book value is 605 p/s, as of 30th June with fixed assets of 1.329 billion and with debt of 2.099 billion.
It would seem at 1.30 there is a real disconnect between the sp and book value p/s.

We know the above debt figure will be lower which should increase the value, but why is there such disparity between the 2?
Any pointers would be appreciated.

Doesn't appear there is much if any interest in the dividends , even at this price.

Most of the damage was done after 2pm yesterday, so as far as I am concerned there is no boom until we at least get over a quid again.
