The only good thing this company did for shareholders is the buyback, SP was around 200 when that started.
But I think that because there is such low volume with PIs in this share, any slightly negative headline is amplified despite the company consistently growing revenue, margin and profit.
They should have listed this in the US, SP would be double this , even now.

Imo the problems lie with the US markets which commentators are saying are still ignoring all the words and signals coming from Fed officials. The markets in the US are ignoring the Feds 5% plus terminal rate, and are also ignoring that they are saying they won't reduce rates this year.
Therefore at some point markets will come to realise that the Fed won't lower rates until next year and we will see another sell off, or the Fed will pivot. And unfortunately like yesterday, the ROW will follow.
Another thought also is that Moukding may be waiting until later in the year until nearer the expiry of the GS to make his move, when the highest price over the previous 12 months will be a lot lower than it was a year ago today.

So markets bash a profitable growing company by 15% , pathetic considering the likes of boohoo loss making, Asos loss making up by close to 10% today.

Has anyone noticed that apart from Jorge Cosmen slightly increasing his holding to 12% in August last year, there has not been one declarable change in holding by an II since last May?
At this price and recently 1.27 you have to ask yourself don't IIs consider this a cheap value stock to invest in?

I think the results will be adjusted to accommodate the one of business sale costs which will significantly eat into any profit, however net debt will be signifantly reduced by June 23, and so by the August HY update I anticipate them showing FCF, profit and much lower debt, which is when I expect the rerate.

Can I ask if anyone would expect any dividends from WG this year?
Am I right in thinking that dividends cannot really be paid until they return to FCF positive in 24?
I can't see any mention of this except the open letter to the board from the activist investor refers to shareholder returns / value.

This has been a long and painful hold since March 21.
IMO they have to produce in the FY update with a very positive forward looking statement.
This is about the only share that is standing almost still compared to pretty much everything right now.
Retailers, airlines ripping it up and good old CPI treading water.
We know there will be one off business sale exit costs that will impact profit this year, but they HAVE to show that they will cash flow positive for 23. We may need to wait until August's update for the market to be comfortable to rerate, and one if the analysts suggested dividends wouldn't be reinstated yet.
But it really tests your patience this one.
