No TR1s, no BOD buys, and the 15/20% decline in the last week is still not enticing any buys.

You get a feel about the ceos from reading their statements, and I don't feel at all inspired reading his monotone statement. It almost sounded intentionally downbeat.

Totally agree Kerching, reading his statement in the results was uninspiring to say the least.

And no directors seem to want to buy shares.

The small snippet of feedback I got from IR was " a seller in the dark pools that they don't have insight to, and the threat of AI on their business model".

Even WPP that have issued warning after warning are fairing better.

And i think I've read that this ceo was Sir Peter Woods preferred choice.

No doubt these shorters will have to cough up 17p per share in January, but that doesn't seem to be deterring them.

Maybe we should be investing in loss making debt ridden companies like Evoke or Ocado.

It's simply unbelievable they are rising 10-20% and this a profitable cash generative company is in freefall.

How do you square that ?

Imo its the short sellers are aggressively shorting this. There's no let up, constantly adding despite having to pay a 17p dividend in January.

For a company producing the amount of free cash that it does, its baffling.

The initial market reaction to the results was positive, so everything since has been engineered by individuals.

Just had a snippet of feedback from IR who suspect there's a background seller through hidden pools, and also that there is some fear over AI to their business model.

I think the tone of the last results, being very much stifled revenue growth, and more emphasis on trimming cost. Not what most tech style investors are looking for, with all the other options on the table.

Yeah i have to say the tone is very monotone, not setting the world alight.

They were shouting from the rooftops last year about revised ebitda, contracts, shareholder returns, bla bla bla, and here we are.

I get all that, and other investors forward looking will come to a similar conclusion, so what is causing this?

Book value must be around double, forward pe is what 4/5?

Something stinks here, the buy/ sell volume yesterday and today doesn't warrant this.

If the results are to be believed then FCF is now approx a third of the mcap.

What are we all missing?

Or is it just corrupt mms marking it down 7.5% for personal gain?

Thanks for the post, im aware of a fair bit of that, and the recent upgrades, enhanced buybacks etc, but how can anyone not question their research and sanity despite all the positives, the market is choosing to go with 1 broker downgrade.

It seems ludicrous, very suspicious, and its very hard to add given how little the fundamentals or most brokers are acknowledged by the market.

Just to add, ceo has purchased 1 batch of shares in 5 years, hardly inspires confidence.

Is it too unrealistic to expect the BOD to defend themselves from such a damaging broker attack, or at the very least buy some shares to restore confidence?

Or do we think it suits them for buyback purposes?

Yeah very disappointed with the new ceos lack of buys, in fact the entire bod.
